Returns must include all original packaging and be received by us within 14 days after return approval to qualify for a refund, exchange, or store credit.

📦 Returns, Replacements, and Exchange Guidelines

  • Return requests are valid within 30 days of your purchase date.
  • Items must be unused, unopened, and sealed in original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process any return.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Shipping & handling, protection, and transaction fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund/store credit.
  • Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once they have shipped.

  • Once your return is received and inspected, please allow 10–14 business days for processing.
  • Refunds typically appear in your account within 7–10 business days after being issued.
  • Refunds are processed in CAD/USD (depending on your original payment currency), via your original payment method, and may only be issued once.
