How long does shipping take?

Your order will typically leave our facility within 1–2 business days. Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method and your location.

Can I Cancel My Order?

Orders can’t be canceled once they have been shipped. If your order has already left our facility, you’ll need to complete the returns process once it’s delivered.

Do you accept returns?
Yes, you can return unused products within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

How long does the return process take?
Please allow 4–7 business days from the time we receive your return for it to be processed.

Damaged or Incorrect Items?

If you received a damaged, incorrect, or missing item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Email us at support@ntrldiffuserco.com with your order number and photos of the product. We’ll make it right.

Orders are shipped from Canada. Any customs or import fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not covered or reimbursed by NTRL Diffuser Co.
